Prof. Ben-Zion Zilberfarb
Prof. Zilberfarb, a former Director General of the Ministry of Finance, Government of Israel, is currently Professor of Economics, and Chairman of the A. Meir Center for Banking at Bar-Ilan University. Prof. Zilberfarb holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania where he wrote his dissertation under the supervision of Nobel Laureate Dr. Lawrence Klein. Prof. Zilberfarb has held a number of prestigious positions at Bar-Ilan University, including Director of the Azrieli Institute for Research of the Israeli Economy, Director of the Center for Defense and Peace Economics, Chairman of the Economics Department and Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences.

Prof. Zilberfarb has accumulated a myriad of business experience. He has sat on various Boards of Directors, currently chairing Karnit Insurance Company and formerly chairing Euro-Trade Bank Ltd. In addition, he is a member of the Board and Executive and Audit committees of Partner (Orange) Communications Company. He sits on the Board of Directors of Fuselage Engineering Services Co. and three start-up companies: B-Midas, Free Commerce and Exotech Bio Solutions. Prof. Zilberfarb, has been an advisor to many financial institutions including the Bank of Israel, Israel Securities Authority, Israel Discount Bank, Mizrahi Bank, Israel Cross-Highway and others. He served as an advisor to the Prime Minister’s Committee for the Privatization of El-Al Airlines and other public committees.

Zack Miller - Advisor
With over eight years of buy-side experience, Zack is a power-consumer of equity research. Most recently a technology analyst with an international hedge fund managing over $1.5B, Zack knows what makes actionable, catalyst-driven equity research. Zack has had in-depth exposure to multiple asset strategies, financial instruments, and geographies. While a technology analyst, Zack was responsible for covering industries including enterprise software, hardware, communication equipment, and EMS companies. Zack’s experience building and launching management teams has been an invaluable asset in his successful investment track record. Zack holds a BA in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.

Dr. Meir Tamari, PhD
Dr. Tamari is the founder and was the first Director of the Center for Business Ethics and Social Responsibility, and is the author of many renowned books on the topic of Jewish Business Ethics. Dr. Tamari served in the Bank of Israel for 30 years, rising to the position of Chief Economist in the office of the Governor. He has also served as a specialist consultant in the fields of risk evaluation, small firms and entrepreneurship for the British, Japanese, French and US governments, and the World Bank.

Barry Simon
Barry has comprehensive experience in the financial and banking sectors over a twenty year period, including his position as Vice President of Bank Leumi’s US Corporate banking and international division. Barry most recently served as Country Manager for Bank of America’s Israel and South African operations, and personally led the first international securitization deals in Israel of over $400M. Barry was also responsible for BoA’s private equity investments in Israeli growth companies and VC funds, and was significantly involved in BoA’s corporate ethics program. Barry has a BA in Economics and MBA from the Boston University/Ben-Gurion University joint MBA program. Barry is responsible for Kayema strategy and institutional clients and partners.

Jacob Greenblatt
Jacob Greenblatt, currently a partner at SANA Group, most recently served as Director of Strategy at Discretix Technologies Ltd., a Semiconductor IP company. In his capacity as Director of Strategy, Mr. Greenblatt was involved in fund raising, corporate business development, marketing and standardization. Jacob served in various positions with such companies as Merrill Lynch and Jerusalem Global Investment Bank, International Venture Associates and British Telecom, and holds a Bachelors degree in Statistics and Computer Science.
